Reservation Policy

Once you select your dates of stay, you may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required once the 30-day period prior to your arrival begins.

The remaining 50% of the accommodation cost is to be paid upon arrival during the check-in process.

Please note: The deposit serves to confirm the reservation; without it, the reservation is considered void.

If you make a reservation through our online system, full payment of the accommodation cost is required.

If, for any reason, you decide to cut your stay short before the scheduled departure date, you will be required to pay the full cost of the planned stay, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 30 days before your arrival date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel your stay within 30 days of your arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your stay, which has already been paid. If, for any reason, you decide to cut your stay short before the scheduled departure date, you will be required to pay the full cost of your planned stay, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, hallways, and all enclosed areas of the accommodation. Smoke triggers the fire detection system.

Policy on the use of in-room kitchens:

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the kitchen in their rooms.

It is prohibited to prepare food that may cause strong, lingering odors in the room.

(Do not fry.)

The room should be ventilated during and after any type of cooking (turn off the air conditioning and open the windows).

The range hood must be used while cooking.
Guests are responsible for cleaning and washing the dishes they have used.

If you do not intend to use the kitchen and would prefer not to have any sharp objects in the room, please let us know and we will be happy to remove them from the room. The property will not be held liable for any accidents that may result from the unauthorized use of kitchen appliances and kitchen items/accessories by minors.

Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed in the rooms or on the property, except for service dogs. Please let us know when you make your reservation if you plan to bring a guide dog to the property so that we can make the necessary preparations for its arrival.

Children & additional guests:

Infants and children up to 4 years of age stay for free.

The maximum capacity for cribs in the studios and maisonettes is one (1).

Please contact us before your arrival so that we can ensure that your preferred room arrangements are available.

Children’s Policy:
Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians at all times during their stay at the property.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the use of sharp objects and electrical appliances in the in-room kitchen. We will be happy to remove sharp objects from the room and disable the use of appliances to prevent accidents.
The property will not be held liable for any accidents resulting from the unauthorized use of kitchen appliances and utensils by minors.

Minimum Age Requirements:
All guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in. A valid ID or passport must be presented at check-in to verify age.
